We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional Consultant to act as the global owner of our Workday driving its continuous evolution and integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and manage the global Workday roadmap, including releases and continuous improvement initiatives
2. Act as the functional and technical Product Owner from SaaS
3. Lead the implementation of new modules, features, and enhancements aligned with business growth
4. Translate business requirements into efficient Workday solutions
5. Own, design, and optimize payroll, finance, and third-party HR apps
6. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business need

Required Experience & Qualifications

1. 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration
2. Proven expertise in key Workday modules (e.g. HCM, Time & Attendance, Absence, etc.)
3. Strong experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs) and automation
4. Experience working in multi-country environments with complex HR processes
5. Workday certification or equivalent practical expertise
