Personal Data Handling


Overview

Hublance is committed to protecting you, and your personal data, according the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Considerations

- We only use your contact data, to send you Jobs opportunities
- We only send you job opportunities, that we consider match with your skills and interests
- We only use your name and email to contact you
- We never will use your personal information without your concern
- We will never send your personal information to any third party

Personal data we collect from you

We have your contact data, because we had contact with you, for any job opportunity in the past, or because you have registered in some of our job hubs. We only have the information needed to match your profile with the Jobs opportunities we have. We are only interested to have:

  • your name and email address
  • your Jobs skills
  • your nationality / work permit status
  • your CV

Consent

If you have applied to any of our job posts, you have provided your email or mobile phone. Wherever we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have a right to withdraw that consent.

We process your personal data JUST when necessary to pursue our legitimate interests in the following:

  • offer a job or processing job applications
  • sending you some types of direct messages or information we consider could be of your interest

You have a right to object to any processing that we undertake for our legitimate interests.

You always can you to stop contact you.

We WONT process any of your personal data for any reason. Just if we sign a job contract with you, we will use you informaiton.

We are legally required to process your personal data in cases where we need to respond to certain requests by government or law enforcement authorities

Personal data transfers outside of the EEA

The EEA includes all EU countries, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Some of the clients we submit your job applications to may be based outside the EEA, and may need to transfer personal data outside of the EEA, for example to the United States of America. Where your personal data is transferred to a country outside of the EEA and that country is not subject to an EU adequacy decision, we will ask your written permission in advance.

Other considerations

We will have your personal data indefinitely, with your consent. Your always have rights to withdraw consent and to object (including to direct marketing)

You have the right to have Access to your information, and to ask us:

  • for access to a copy of your personal data
  • to correct or delete your personal data
  • to restrict (i.e. stop any active) processing of your personal data
  • to provide you with certain personal data in a structured, machine readable format and to transmit that data to another organisation

How to exercise your rights

The easiest way to stop receiving information from us ask us by any communication: Mail, sms, website, etc- You can OPT OUT by sending an email to in@hublance.com with “Unsubscribe” written in the email subject. To subscribe to receive emails from Hublance, or to ensure you continue to receive emails from Hublance send an email to in@hublance.com with the subject line “suscribe”
