This is our Workday HCM Analyst role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.

Tasks in the role

1. Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, HCM, Time and Attendance, Talent) to meet business needs and improve overall functionality
2. Build and manage Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making across departments
3. Configure and manage security roles and permissions within Workday to ensure proper access control and data protection
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of new functionality
5. Provide support for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
6. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday processes, ensuring the system is optimized and scalable
7. Train admin-level users on Workday functionality and best practices
8. Continuously monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for system improvements in collaboration with the HR division

Who We Are Looking For

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience using and configuring Workday HCM
2. Proven expertise in Workday reporting and analytics
3. In-depth knowledge of the following Workday modules: Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, HCM, Time and Attendance, and Talent
4. Experience with configuring and managing security roles and permissions in Workday
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at a Tier 3 level

Not Required, But a Plus

1. Experience with Workday Studio or Workday Extend
2. Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs in Workday
3. Working knowledge of XML
