This is our Workday HCM Analyst role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.
Tasks in the role
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, HCM, Time and Attendance, Talent) to meet business needs and improve overall functionality
- Build and manage Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making across departments
- Configure and manage security roles and permissions within Workday to ensure proper access control and data protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of new functionality
- Provide support for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday processes, ensuring the system is optimized and scalable
- Train admin-level users on Workday functionality and best practices
- Continuously monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for system improvements in collaboration with the HR division
Who We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience using and configuring Workday HCM
- Proven expertise in Workday reporting and analytics
- In-depth knowledge of the following Workday modules: Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, HCM, Time and Attendance, and Talent
- Experience with configuring and managing security roles and permissions in Workday
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at a Tier 3 level
Not Required, But a Plus
- Experience with Workday Studio or Workday Extend
- Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs in Workday
- Working knowledge of XML
