Job Description:

We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in 3 or more Workday modules (from Core HCM, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Time and Expense) for a support project.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules such as Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting, and Security
2. Collaborate with project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions
3. Optimize the Workday system for data integrity, compliance, and security
4. Provide end-user support, documentation, and training
5. Troubleshoot system issues and manage resolution
6. Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other systems
7. Stay current with Workday releases and propose enhancements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

1. Experience with 3+ Workday modules in a support project (mandatory)
2. Workday Core HCM certification (preferred); certification in other advanced modules is a plus
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in implementation, AMS, or rollouts of Core HCM
4. Knowledge of localization and compliance in APAC, Europe, and North America
5. Strong skills in improving configurations and leading security enhancements
6. Hands-on experience in unit testing, system security setup, and integration testing
