As a Group HRIS Recruiting Analyst in the Global HRIS Centre of Excellence team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving the implementation, configuration, and adoption of recruiting systems across 17 countries.
- Working with local recruiting teams to ensure alignment between global systems and local talent acquisition strategies.
- Leverage recruiting systems to support local recruitment marketing initiatives
- Evaluating existing HR and recruiting processes to identify opportunities for designing automated workflows.
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance end-user adoption of system improvements and new functionalities.
- Collaborating closely with IT teams and third-party providers to troubleshoot incidents, deploy system fixes, and maintain operational continuity.
- Collaborating with the global Workday team to define and prioritize system enhancements in line with business needs.
- Maintaining clear documentation and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring support activities.
- Identifying user knowledge gaps and partnering with customer success managers to drive system adoption and improve user proficiency.

- Experiences and Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Engineering, with a demonstrated interest in technology
- Experience using Workday or other ATSs as a key user or end-user in HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, or similar areas.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design & improvement.
- Curious, analytical, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success working in multinational environments with diverse business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in recruitment marketing is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required, proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Experience with HR reporting or data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
