You will work with international clients to design, configure, and optimise Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions. This is a fully remote freelance position, open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.

You will collaborate with HRIS teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable, and compliant workforce time and absence processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and support Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking
2. Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
3. Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
4. Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
5. Advise on best practices for global time and absence structures
6. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams

Requirements

1. Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking (required)
2. Proven hands-on implementation or support experience with Workday HCM modules
3. Strong understanding of global absence policies and time tracking rules
4. Experience working in multi-country or international environments
5. Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
6. Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup
