Key Responsibilities, Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- The Implementation consultant will work closely with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration, and testing
- This is a high-visibility client-facing role that requires acting as the client’s main point of contact for payroll-specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
- Understanding of payroll is a must to be able to review and validate the client’s payroll details for completeness
- Ensuring the payroll review processes are followed, and parallel and handover documents are signed off
- Ensures that testing of development work is thorough and is signed off by clients
- This role will be responsible for transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the “payroll transition manual” specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilization period
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements, as this role would frequently act as the conduit between client user groups and IT Engineering (development & testing) teams
Description Attributes and Experience Required:
- Solid working experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation
- Experience in the implementation of payroll and/or HR solutions
- Knowledge of how a business operates and achieves profitability
- Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements
- High degree of competence with the MS Office suite of software
- Experience with different payroll platforms in the setup phase and operating phase of payrolls, especially Sage, Meta4, Highline, Oracle, and SAP
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects, including new business, process development, partner and vendor management.
- Achieving results through 3rd parties and vendor/partner management skills
- Cooperating with multiple agencies that are not under the job holder’s direct control
