We are currently seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Manager specialising in one or more modules of Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Security or Learning, to join our Consulting team. As a Workday Senior Manager within Deloitte’s HR Transformation practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering functional elements of Workday engagements across various industry sectors.

In response to strong client demand for our services, we are currently seeking to recruit outstanding professionals. To succeed, you should have the following experience:

1. Workday HCM certified (preferred)
2. Minimum of 5 years work experience in the Workday eco-system
3. Deep experience in various phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (preferred experience of 3+ end to end projects)
4. Experience leading teams and managing people
5. Experience in all project phases, from Design through to Deploy
6. Strong practical experience in functional configuration in one or more module of Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Security or Learning
7. Strong practical understanding or experience in Security configuration and Reporting
8. Strong understanding of relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules
9. Preferred experience with the HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices
10. Ability to guide a client through decision making
11. Good communication skills
12. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
