Key Responsibilities

As a Workday HCM Analyst in the Global HRIS Centre of Excellence team, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Oversee the governance of the Workday HCM platform, ensuring data integrity, system security, and performance optimization.
2. Collaborate with the other HCM team members and rest of the Workday Team to define and prioritize system enhancements, configurations, and updates to align with business needs.
3. Evaluate existing HCM processes and system functionality to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation.
4. Design, configure, and test system enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HCM platforms, tools, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-user adoption of system improvements.
7. Provide day-to-day support for the HCM platform, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring system stability. Work closely with IT teams and system vendors to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
8. Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding system status, updates, and resolutions.

Candidate Profile

1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration.
2. Knowledge of Workday Security, Reporting, and other modules is a plus.
3. Experience in system configuration, workflow design, and process improvement.
4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Demonstrated success working in multinational environments with diverse business processes.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve system gaps.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
8. Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building / Result-Driven / Self-Organized / Decision Making
9. Advanced Power Point level
10. Excellent communication skills esp. using digital mediums.
11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

15. Fluent in English and Spanish is required

Preferred Qualifications
