Key Responsibilities
As a Workday HCM Analyst in the Global HRIS Centre of Excellence team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the governance of the Workday HCM platform, ensuring data integrity, system security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with the other HCM team members and rest of the Workday Team to define and prioritize system enhancements, configurations, and updates to align with business needs.
- Evaluate existing HCM processes and system functionality to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation.
- Design, configure, and test system enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HCM platforms, tools, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-user adoption of system improvements.
- Provide day-to-day support for the HCM platform, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring system stability. Work closely with IT teams and system vendors to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding system status, updates, and resolutions.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration.
- Knowledge of Workday Security, Reporting, and other modules is a plus.
- Experience in system configuration, workflow design, and process improvement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success working in multinational environments with diverse business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve system gaps.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building / Result-Driven / Self-Organized / Decision Making
- Advanced Power Point level
- Excellent communication skills esp. using digital mediums.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experienced in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals.
- Proactive, agile and flexibility to work in a fast-moving organization
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional language proficiency in Portuguese or French is a plus.
