3-Month Initial Contract | Full Time | Remote | Outside IR35

We're supporting a leading Workday partner on a Workforce Planning (WFP) project and are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join on a contract basis.

The role requires hands-on delivery across the configuration, testing, and deployment lifecycle, as well as AMS support when needed.

This is a project-critical role, suited to a consultant who thrives in fast-paced delivery environments and has a strong track record of meeting key milestones within scoped timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configuration, testing support, and deployment of assigned Adaptive Planning workstreams
2. Ensure project deadlines and key deliverables are met within the hours allocated
3. Collaborate with internal teams and the end client to deliver a smooth, well-governed implementation
4. Provide post-deployment AMS (Application Management Support) as required during the contract term

Requirements

1. Workday Adaptive Planning certification is essential
2. Proven experience delivering Adaptive Planning projects (ideally WFP-focused)
3. Strong understanding of resource allocation, milestone tracking, and configuration best practices
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously while supporting broader project goals
