We’re looking for a Workday Consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working on international projects.

What You’ll Do

1. Play a key role in Workday implementations and system enhancements
2. Translate business needs into smart, scalable system solutions
3. Configure and test modules such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, and more
4. Support data migration, integrations, and go-live activities
5. Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
6. Lead workshops, system demos, and client discussions (in English and a second language)
7. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders

What We’re Looking For

1. 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience
2. Expertise in at least one core module (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, etc.)
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration
4. Experience in implementation, enhancement, or support projects
5. Fluent English (mandatory)
6. Proficiency in a second European language (mandatory)
7. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
8. Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have

1. Workday certification(s)
2. Integration experience (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)
3. Experience in international or multi-country environments
4. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
