Workday Consultant (French speaking)

YOUR MISSIONS

1. As a Workday Consultant, you will be involved in Workday solution deployment projects, as well as providing Application Maintenance and Support (AMS).
2. Your responsibilities will include:
3. Analyzing client needs.
4. Configuring the Workday tool.
5. Monitoring the project progress schedule.
6. Correcting anomalies.
7. Advising and supporting companies in simplifying their rules.
8. Converting data from the old system to the Workday format.
9. Training clients on how to use Workday (training materials, in-person training).
10. Assisting the client in drafting and executing their test scenarios.

YOUR PROFILE

Basic Qualifications:

1. Fluent language skills: French and English
2. 1+ years in a solution consultant role
3. 1+ years in a HR Consulting / HRIS related domain
4. Workday Certification

Other Qualifications

1. In depth knowledge of Human Capital Management.
2. Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR
3. An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired
4. Experience of presenting administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience
5. Ability to work on multiple projects
6. Strong presentation skills
7. Workday HCM Core Certification or/ and any other Workday Certification (Reporting, Integration, Time& Absences, Workday Advanced Compensation,etc...)
