Responsibilities
- Responsible for Success Factors - Employee Central implementation and consulting inside organization.
- Manage the HR applications around Success Factors Employee Central with the responsibility of change, test, release and lifecycle management.
- Support our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing Employee Central SuccessFactors HR solutions.
- Maintain, optimize and develop our SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions further.
- Create function descriptions for the development and customizing settings as a part of projects.
- Prepare, plan, develop and realize adjustments and projects in the global Success Factors environment.
- Take over management tasks in subproject and project management of global and regional HR IT projects.
- Manages ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction of our HR applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree / Technical Education in IT business administration, business informatics or useful education as HR/IT.
- Senior experience of 3 to 5 years as IT consultant for HR apps, managing Success Factors with deep experience in Employee Central.
- Experience in Success Factos implementation projects.
- Highly valued participation in implementation of Success Factors Employee Central solutions for HR as lead consultant, provinding consultancy to HR and solving issues.
- Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Advanced English and experience in a multicultural environment.
- Independent, committed and pro-active working style, good teamwork, communication skills, high customer and service orientation.
