Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday security roles, groups, and domain permissions to support business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define and implement access control requirements.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify risks, enforce policies, and resolve security vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues and other security-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards related to data privacy and security.
- Stay up to date with Workday security features, releases, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Workday security configuration, including role-based and domain-based security.
- Experience with Workday tenant setup, business process security policies, and user provisioning.
- Solid understanding of HRIS processes, data governance, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
