Your Tasks

1. You continuously work on the optimization of human resources processes
2. You work together with product teams on projects to harmonize spanish HCM processess
3. You prepare rollouts of our HCM solution and support them in Spain
4. You advise key users in HR department
5. You support the SAP HCM system with focus on Personnel Management (PA), Payroll (PY), Personnel Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM)

Your Profile

Required studies and competences:

1. You have a degree in informatics, economics, business administration or similar
2. You have experience in customizing SAP HCM (ERP 6.08) with knowledge in the modules PY/PA/PT/OM/
3. You have good understanding of HR processes and the ability to quickly understand complex issues and contexts
4. You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma) and are able to integrate and use these methods in your daily work routine
5. You work independently and with a high sense of responsibility, but you are also a team player
6. You enjoy project work as well as the analysis and design of processes
7. You are confident in Office365 applications
8. You are an open-minded, goal-oriented personality with a high responsibility
9. You are fluent in English, gladly other languages as well
