SAP HCM Consultant (French Payroll PY)

Duration: 12 months and extendable

Location: Remote

Start date: Immediate/1 month

Required skills

1. At least 4–5 full years of SAP HCM experience, with experience in French PY.
2. Expert in Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
3. Expert in French payroll – full scope, including ALE posting and legal reports implementation (DNS and other legal reports).
4. Experienced in application maintenance, familiarized with SLA/KPI metrics.
5. Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
6. Fluent in English.
7. Soft skills: communication and user management, self-management and self-organized.
8. Availability to travel.

Day-to-day activities:

1. Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
2. Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
3. Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
4. Write clear functional specifications.
5. Support the business for change management.
6. Communicate clearly to the different key users and stakeholders.

Desirable skills:

1. Experienced in positive Time Management or other HCM modules.
2. Other languages: French.
