Integration Consultant Sr. SAP HCM (CPI/ABAP HR) | LATAM

SAP HCM, implementing international projects (especially in Canada and the U.S.), and deep knowledge of integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, SAP ERP On-Premise, etc.),

What You'll Do

Configure SAP SuccessFactors integrations with ECP, SAP ERP, and custom systems.
Develop ABAP-based solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
Collaborate on complex HRIS integration scenarios across global client landscapes.

Key Requirements

Certifications (must have):

SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid
3–4 years of experience in implementation and support of SAP HCM projects.
Proven knowledge of ABAP, Employee Central, and SuccessFactors integrations.
Advanced English – essential for working with international teams and clients.
