Job Description

1. Lead workshops with HR and Payroll departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure SAP HR/HCM modules, with a primary focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
3. Transition to Cloud: Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
4. Support & Evolution: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing payroll schemas and rules.

Qualifications

1. Experience: At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with a strong track record in Payroll.
2. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP HR/HCM.
3. Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
4. Ability to debug.
