Project Duration
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing of customer situation and implementation of customer-specific requirements with the SuccessFactors solution
- Responsibility in both technical analysis, technical conception, and implementation of (Best Practice-) solutions for SAP SuccessFactors
- Consulting and support for the customer and the integration team in Core-Hybrid projects (integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
- Independent configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors module Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as SF Compensation, SF Time Tracking and SF EC PY
- Conducting workshops with stakeholders, demonstrating best practices, and training users
- Accompanying and implementing international rollouts
- Participating in bid teams in the creation and quality assurance of offers through expert knowledge
- Supporting the pre-sales process with technical expertise and product demos of SAP Employee Central to demonstrate the potential for digital transformation in HR
- Actively participate with our experts in the development of innovative implementation strategies and drive the optimization of SF systems to support our clients' digital HR strategy
Requisitos
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or similar comparable qualifications
- At least 5 years of solid end-to-end project experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for national and international clients
- Extensive cross-module knowledge in the entire SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM module landscape as well as a deep understanding of their complex data models and system relationships
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one other module
- Comprehensive and in-depth experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in both Greenfield and Core-Hybrid approaches
- A structured working style according to project management standards as well as experience with agile (project) methods
- Business fluent English skills (at least level B2), German skills would be a plus
