Summary: The primary objective of this role is to manage and support SuccessFactors applications effectively, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business needs while collaborating with functional teams based in France and Portugal.

Main Responsibilities:

As a SuccessFactors Application Manager, you will oversee the management and support of SuccessFactors applications.

1. SuccessFactors Recruiting (both Marketing and Management) and Onboarding Support
2. Ticketing: End-to-End Case Management
3. Evolution Management
4. Project Management
5. Agile Methodology
6. Release Management
7. Backlog Prioritization
8. Collaboration

Key Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors applications
2. Experience in project management within an HR context
3. Proficiency in agile methodologies
4. Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with HR functional processes
2. Experience with case management systems
3. Knowledge of release management techniques
