Core SAP HCM Lead (Manager)

Experience: 6+ years in SAP HCM implementations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM modules, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful project delivery while aligning SAP solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation projects from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment to post-go-live support.
2. Manage and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants and analysts.
3. Collaborate closely with HR business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
4. Ensure that SAP HCM solutions meet business requirements and comply with organizational policies and regulatory frameworks.
5. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
6. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors involved in the implementation.
7. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end users.
8. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
10. Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM functionalities and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementations, ideally including modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, and ESS/MSS.
2. Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP systems.
3. Proven experience managing SAP implementation projects and leading teams.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
6. Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is advantageous.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
