As a Technical Product Manager specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution of our integration efforts. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between our platforms, delivering maximum value to our joint customers. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

1. Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the TechWolf integration with SAP SuccessFactors
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to define, develop, and deploy integration features
3. Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
4. Engage with SAP SuccessFactors teams and customers to understand their needs and challenges
5. Ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of the combined solution
6. Act as the product owner for the SuccessFactors integration, making key product decisions

Who you are

1. You bring 4+ years of experience in a product role.
2. You have proven experience building and managing API products and integrations.
3. You possess a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors platform and its functionalities (a plus)
4. .You have experience building integration-like products
5. .You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. You're passionate about TechWolf's mission and purpose in enabling workforce transformation.
7. You're fluent in English.
8. You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
9. You're willing to travel occasionally to our London office
