We are looking for professionals with experience in Workday HCM to join an international project in the Pharma Industry. The selected candidates will take part in initiatives related to the functional management, support, testing, and evolution of Workday solutions, collaborating with international teams and supporting critical processes within the Human Resources area. The role may be focused on different areas of the Workday ecosystem, especially Absence Management, Onboarding, Release Management, or Test Management.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide functional support and resolve incidents related to Workday HCM.
2. Analyze, follow up on, and manage requests from users and business teams.
3. Participate in functional configuration, validation, and continuous process improvement activities.
4. Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams in international environments.
5. Participate in functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end validations.
6. Coordinate releases, enhancements, changes, and deployments in Workday environments.
7. Track incidents, defects, risks, and corrective actions.
8. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and testing evidence.

Requirements

1. Experience working with Workday HCM.
2. Functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Absence Management, Onboarding, Compensation, Testing, or Release Management.
3. Experience in functional support, incident analysis, testing, or change management.
4. Ability to work with international teams and in multicultural environments.
5. Good level of English.
6. Workday certification or specific training in Workday modules will be highly valued.
7. Experience in implementation projects, system enhancements, or post-go-live support will be highly valued.
