As a SAP SuccessFactors consultant, the candidate is specialize in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.

Skills and Expertise:

Configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, Recruiting, etc.).
Integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
Troubleshooting and support for SuccessFactors implementations.
Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations.

Certifications: (Not mandatory)

SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional Certifications
