Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM Functional Consultant.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Time and Payroll functional consultant.
- Experience in implementing Time and Payroll Consultant.
- Experience with ECC 6.0
- Deep expertise and configuration experience in SAP HCM PA, OM, Time and Payroll modules.
- Good understanding of 3rd party Payroll systems like ADP.
- Analyze change requests related to existing Time and Payroll schemas.
- Design and implement enhancements in payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules.
- Create and modify existing wage types, time evaluation rules, and work schedules as required.
- Assess impact of changes on payroll results and time calculations.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT for implemented changes.
- Provide documentation for schema and rule changes.
- Support controlled transport of changes across system landscapes.
- Work closely with HR and technical teams during implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Time Management and Payroll schemas.
- Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, and time evaluation.
- Proven experience implementing schema changes in existing SAP landscapes.
- Understanding of payroll statutory rules (country - specific as applicable).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation.
- Specifications of few Changes Requests.
- Change the concept of Overtime and Double-time pay calculation.
- Every seventh day work will need to be considered as double time.
- Have many work schedules in the system and a robust and scalable solution is needed.
- Implement changes in SAP HCM system based on Paid time off policy changes.
- Back Pay for Temporary Assignments - When a shop floor team member works as team member then they need to be paid accordingly.
