DETAILS:

1. Role: Senior SAP HCM Consultant
2. Location: remote in France
3. Languages: French and English
4. Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Must-Have:

1. Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.
2. Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.
3. Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.

Knowledge & Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll for France
2. Strong project management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Technical understanding and basic configuration skills
5. In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in: Organizational management, Personnel administration, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, local language capabilities
