Which tasks can you expect?
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules.
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
- Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
What do you have to offer?
- Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of the SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Talent.
- Experience and independency in two or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
- Respective SuccessFactors Associate Certifications.
- Good understanding of HR process.
- High level of English.
- You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
- You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
