Which tasks can you expect?

1. Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules.
2. Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
3. Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
4. Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
5. Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
6. Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

What do you have to offer?

1. Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of the SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Talent.
2. Experience and independency in two or more SuccessFactors modules.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
4. Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
5. Respective SuccessFactors Associate Certifications.
6. Good understanding of HR process.
7. High level of English.
8. You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
