You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors across various modules, collaborating closely with the business to optimise their HR processes.

Your Responsibilities

1. SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customisation.
2. Defining the problem statement, evaluating the solution options, and making recommendations.
3. Developing and executing tests.
4. Ongoing monitoring of compliance with blueprints.
5. Conducting end-user training and creating documentation.
6. Cooperating closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
7. Ongoing communication with various functional teams throughout the organization.

Education and experience

1. At least a full life cycle project or strong hands on support experience SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Certification of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous
3. Full-professional proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken.
4. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. German language skills would be advantageous.
6. Knowledge in at least one SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Accountability for actions, especially under stressful situations.
9. Commitment and determination in problem-solving.
10. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
