Tasks and Responsibilities

Facilitate open design sessions with process owners.
Configure the Advanced Compensation module.
Guide testing phases and follow up on bugs and tickets.
Provide first-line support during and after go-live.

Your Profile

Proven experience in implementing the Advanced Compensation module (not just maintenance).
Strong in design and configuration, with knowledge of capabilities and pitfalls.
Experience with calculated fields and reporting.
Familiarity with payroll integrations (preferred, but not required).
Fluent in English

Location: Remote

Start date: ASAP

Contract duration: 6 months
