Your mission will be…

1. Dive deep into Workday HCM, identifying and resolving system issues to ensure optimal performance;
2. Drive continuous improvements for our Business Processes and elevating our capabilities;
3. Coordinate translation changes in our multi-language setup;
4. Perform important operational tasks connected to Workday HCM;
5. Implement change requests based on solution designs, including IT testing and deployment;
6. Define, manage, and execute proof-of-concepts to explore new Workday functionalities;
7. Document your activities in line with our compliance framework.

We are looking for someone with…

1. Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, Economics or other relevant fields;
2. 3+ years of general Workday experience across different areas or modules;
3. 2+ years of specialized experience and knowledge in Workday HCM (e.g. Business Process Setup and Configuration, Mass Loads);
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent change;
5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving value-add solutions;
6. Expertise in managing and streamlining multiple languages within Workday;
7. Workday training and certifications in your focus area;
8. Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of Workday's application and process landscape;
9. Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining Workday business processes, supervisory organizations, assignments, and companies;
10. Analytical skills to identify root causes based on system data, as well as expertise in managing HR master data in Workday;
11. Proficiency in Business English (required), and German (a plus).
