Your responsibilities include:

1. Configuration & Management: Manage and optimize SuccessFactors environment and modules.
2. Incident Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex incidents and issues within SuccessFactors.
3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to make HR processes more efficient and effective.
4. Collaboration: Coordinate with HR specialists, IT experts, and external vendors for seamless integration of SuccessFactors.
5. Documentation & Innovation: Create and update technical documentation and contribute to innovation within HR IT.

What you bring:

1. Background & Experience: A completed HBO degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant work experience.
2. SuccessFactors Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an international setting.
3. Technical Skills: Experience in the configuration of Employee Central (Time) and/or Onboarding 2.0.Experience with OData API and cloud-based HR solutions is a plus.
4. Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SAFe and ITIL4 methodologies.
5. Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
6. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
