Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our global team on a freelance basis. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate on international projects, leveraging your expertise in SuccessFactors modules to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements.
2. Provide end-to-end support for system design, development, and deployment.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
4. Offer expertise in troubleshooting and system optimization.
5. Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end users.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning).
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and how they map to SuccessFactors.
3. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
5. Previous experience in freelance or remote environments is preferred.
