Workday - IT HR Transformation Lead, you will:
- Lead IT Deliverables: Take ownership of IT deliverables for the HR transformation project, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
- Project Management: Project manage all required workstreams and work packages, collaborating closely with HR project leads.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between local stakeholders (e.g., Local/Regional IT) and Global Product Owners/IT Service Owners.
- Dependency Management: Identify and manage project dependencies, including M&A activities and other corporate or local projects.
- Data Protection & Cybersecurity: Uphold data protection and cybersecurity standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adherence to Methodology: Ensure strict adherence to PMI-based IT project methodology, including Quality Gates and regular status reporting.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and participate in Steering Committee meetings, providing executive-level updates.
- Scope Management: Manage project scope professionally and maintain alignment with related projects and programs.
- Workday System Support: Apply your in-depth knowledge of Workday HR systems to oversee and facilitate migration initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy across global platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Expertise: Proven experience in HR IT landscape management and transformation, with a track record in governance, senior stakeholder management, driving change, and strategy on a regional or global scale.
- Collaborative Leadership: A collaborative style, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including HR in the country, central HR/IT teams, and external partners.
- Empowering Teams: The ability to build trust and empower teams to deliver successfully.
- Adaptable and Proactive: Thrive in a global environment, willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Danish is a plus.
- Workday Systems Expertise: Solid experience with Workday HR systems, migration and integration focused.
