Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP payroll components, including wage types, schemas, rules, and posting to the accounting system.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing: retroactive and off-cycle calculations, tax processing, and bank transfers.
- Ensure integration of SAP ECP with Employee Central and financial systems.
- Monitor and resolve payroll-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Generate reports on payroll metrics and compliance for HR and finance teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct unit, integration, and configuration testing before deployment.
- Train and support customers and internal teams to ensure successful system adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of SAP SF ECP experience.
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and tax regulations.
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP ECP: schemas, PCRs, wage types, and posting.
- Experience with integrations between ECP and other SAP/SuccessFactors modules or third-party systems.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
