Global Workday Solutions Manager

A successful Manager will be a collaborative leader, partnering across teams to assess cross-functional impacts of any design or configuration changes. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to design, test, and implement scalable enterprise solutions, all while applying strong project management principles and ensuring clear and effective communication.

About You

Required Experience & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A seasoned HRIS professional with broad experience across multiple HR technologies, with at least 3 years of experience with implementing Workday HCM modules in a global, enterprise environment.
3. Ability to support multiple priorities and workstreams, ensuring seamless digital solution deployment.
