Job Responsibilities
- Administration and Maintenance: Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Identity Authentication Services (IAS), Recruiting Management (RCM), Performance and Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation (COMP), and Learning Management System (LMS);
- System Configuration: Conduct basic configuration, upgrades, and testing of SAP SF modules, including launching regular cycles for PMGM and COMP;
- Permissions Management: Provide support in managing system permissions, ensuring compliance with HR processes;
- User Support: Resolve incidents, manage open tickets, and troubleshoot issues in direct collaboration with HR end users;
- Project Management: Lead small projects and participate in larger initiatives as part of the technical team;
- System & Process Improvements: Work closely with HR process owners to identify opportunities for system improvements and process development;
- Request Management: Manage and coordinate system requests, ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements and configurations;
- Report Writing and Support: Create, maintain, and support a variety of reports to assist HR teams in their daily operations;
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Directly collaborate with HR Directors, HR Managers, and HR process owners to address system needs and ensure alignment with HR strategies.
Job Requirements
Professional Skills And Required Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central (EC) and one additional module (preferably LMS, PMGM, or COMP);
- Proven experience in administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, IAS, RCM, PMGM, COMP, LMS);
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and user support;
- Familiarity with managing permissions and security settings within SAP SF;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis within SAP SuccessFactors;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
