We’re partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing an exciting phase of digital transformation across its HR systems and processes. With a strong investment in their Workday environment, they are looking to bring in a talented Workday Business Analyst to support ongoing optimisation and enhancement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Provide Workday consulting and functional support across key modules
2. Configure and optimise Workday to meet evolving business needs
3. Support end users, troubleshooting issues and improving system adoption
4. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders at all levels
5. Manage and prioritise requests via ticketing systems
6. Contribute to Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
7. Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years’ experience as a Workday Consultant / Business Analyst
2. Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration
3. Experience working with ticketing/support tools
4. Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

1. Workday certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, etc.)
2. Experience supporting LATAM operations
3. Spanish & English language skills
4. Exposure to SOX / compliance environments
