The Responsibilities The SAP Consultant is accountable to the quality and timeliness of the functional AMS side of the project he or she is assigned with.

1. Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned with
2. Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project
3. Act as the primary escalation point for all maintenance issues related to functional maintenance.

The Requirements

1. At least 2 years of SAP PY maintenance and configuration experience in PY modules.
2. Extensive maintenance experience on SAP Dutch PY module as well as understanding of Dutch Payroll processes.
3. Proven proficiency with SAP configuration and maintenance.
4. Possess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions design.
5. Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture.
6. Proven ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting priorities.
7. Proven ability to thrive in an environment in which resources may be limited and timelines are short.
8. Knowledge of Dutch is a bonus.
