Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a Workday Financials expert with deep knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation focusing on either R2R, P2P, or C2C.
2. Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project
3. Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday solution.
4. Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
5. Willingness and ability to take a leadership position on a project.
6. Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
7. Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

Requirements

1. 4+ years of hands-on functional Workday Financials experience
2. You need to have experience in financial software
3. Workday Financials certification
4. Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
5. Demonstrated functional experience in Financials Management.
