As an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will be part of the Application Services team, supporting clients through end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and consultancy services.

You will work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality payroll solutions aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead SAP Payroll implementation projects through all project phases
2. Gather and analyze customer requirements
3. Provide functional consultancy and application support
4. Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll solutions
5. Perform testing and ensure high-quality delivery
6. Create technical and functional documentation
7. Manage priorities and ensure project deadlines are met
8. Communicate project progress, issue resolution, and status updates
9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
2. Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementations
3. Participation in at least 3 Austrian payroll rollouts/projects
4. Strong knowledge of Austria Payroll
5. German and English language skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
8. Ability to work independently and within international teams
