Job Description:

Servicehub is looking for a highly skilled Solution Manager / Technical Manager to support the HCM Strategic Operations for a major client in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HCM and associated technologies, as well as strong experience working in international environments, especially with operations in Germany (DE), Mexico (MX), Brazil (BR), and the Czech Republic (CZ).

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Activities:

1. Act as the main gatekeeper and custodian for new HR, legal, and union-related requirements.
2. Analyze, validate, and prioritize incoming demands, performing feasibility assessments and planning implementations accordingly.

Provider-Facing Activities:

1. Review and evaluate tickets, change requests, and recommendations from Accenture or other providers, especially in Personnel Administration, Payroll, Organizational Management, and Core HR data domains.

Required Skills (Must Have):

1. Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time, and Recruitment) with multiple end-to-end implementations as Architect or Senior Consultant.
2. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding - partially, LMS).
3. Experience with SmartRecruiters platform for recruitment processes.
4. Proven communication and leadership skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with managed services providers (e.g., Accenture) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Continental business teams).
6. Strong local know-how in DE, MX, BR, and CZ.

1. Flexibility to travel occasionally to client locations when required.
