Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and configuring SAP HCM modules like Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service.
- Analyzing HR business processes and mapping them to SAP HCM functionalities.
- Tailoring the SAP HCM system to meet specific business needs, including writing scripts and programs for user interfaces and functionalities.
- Conducting system testing, developing training materials, and providing end-user training to ensure smooth system operation.
- Resolving issues, providing ongoing support, and maintaining the SAP HCM system.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Working with HR teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to optimize HR processes through SAP HCM solutions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP HCM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
- 6+ years of SAP experience
- SAP Certified (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP HCM.
- Experience with scripting, programming, and system integration.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide training to end-users.
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure successful system implementations.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
