What would your duties be?
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM modules (Core HR -Organization Management, Job Profiles, Positions-, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Management -Performance, Succession, Learning-, Recruiting, Advanced Reporting and Analytics.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Design, configure, and test Workday HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.
- Provide guidance on data conversion, integrations, and security setup within Workday HCM.
- Deliver end-user training and create documentation for HR teams.
- Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Workday HCM modules.
Which are the requirements for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Experience with business process design, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
- Workday HCM certification(s) highly preferred.
- English fluent, international environment.
