What You Will Do Own Workday

1. Define and drive the global roadmap, releases, and system evolution
2. Act as the go-to expert for configuration, ensuring consistency and scalability
3. Implement new tools and modules as the business grows
4. Continuously improve how the system supports real business needs

Build integrations & automation

1. Own and improve all integrations with payroll, finance, and HR tools
2. Design automation that reduces manual work and improves data accuracy

Ensure data quality & structure

1. Define and maintain global data standards
2. Own core structures (org design, roles, cost centres, positions)
3. Enable reliable data flows for reporting and decision-making
4. Ensure security, access control, and compliance

Be the technical reference

1. Support and mentor the HRIS Specialist
2. Act as escalation point for complex issues
3. Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities

What We Are Looking For Experience & Background

1. 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and administration across key modules (HCM, T&A, Absence or similar)
2. Workday certification (or equivalent depth of expertise)
3. Proven experience with HRIS integrations and process automation
4. Experience working in multi-country environments with data governance considerations

Languages

1. Fluent English & Spanish is required.
