We are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Developer with strong English communication skills to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within Workday HCM, leveraging tools such as EIB, APIs, and Workday Studio. The developer will also collaborate on financial integrations with Adaptive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound and outbound) using EIB, Workday Studio, and APIs.
2. Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Ensure integrations support Workday HCM processes including core HR, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
4. Partner with finance teams to support integrations with Adaptive for financial data.
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
6. Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration processes.
7. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing integrations.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Developer.
2. Strong proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs).
3. Solid understanding of Workday HCM modules and data structures.
4. Experience with XML, XSLT, and web services (REST/SOAP).
5. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) integrations.
2. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
3. Familiarity with security protocols and data privacy standards.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
