We are currently seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Reporting Contractor to support an ongoing project with a global organization.

This is a freelance contract role open to candidates based anywhere in South America, offering 100% remote working.

Role Overview You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the **Workday HCM system, with a strong focus on configuration and reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across core HCM and additional modules, delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality
2. Develop, modify, and optimize reports using the Workday Reporting Suite (including advanced, matrix, and composite reports)
3. Support business stakeholders with reporting and data insights
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system improvements
5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to HCM and reporting
6. Assist with data validation, testing, and documentation

Key Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience within the Workday ecosystem
2. Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration
3. Proven expertise in the Workday Reporting Suite
4. Experience working with additional Workday modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Talent, etc.) is a plus
5. Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
