We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant to join us in remote project from Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and support SAP HCM modules, particularly PA and OM
2. Implement and optimize Clock-In Clock-Out (CICO) processes
3. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements
4. Ensure data consistency, workflow integration, and user training
5. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to time tracking and employee master data

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with SAP HCM – PA & OM
2. Practical knowledge of Clock-In Clock-Out (CICO) setup and integration
3. Experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments
4. Strong communication and documentation skills
5. English fluency .
