Responsibilities In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
- Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
- Has Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc
- Performs the analysis of current customer business processes
- Performs taking of detailed requirements about the customer’s business processes
- Makes estimates of time and resources required
- Proposes on the appropriate methodology for developing the conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system.
- Plans the configuration and define the business processes in terms of the taking of requirements
- Performs conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system
- Presents the integrated prototype to the customer
- Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements
- Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application
- Monitors integrated testing
- Supports the client on the functioning of the application
- Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
- Provides training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
- Plans and optimizes human resources and materials needed for project development
- Detects potential and takes the necessary steps to maximize team development
- Encourages and leads the education of the people in the team
- Having a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledge
- Advice and participation in pre-sales activities
- Knows and anticipates to the market trends
- Participates in the development of the application by following the standard methodology (STRADA PMO or any other defined by the company at the time)
- Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
- Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country
- Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR
- They have extensive Knowledge of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countries
- They are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by events
