You will communicate and work directly with clients, mainly HR/payroll people, in order to design processes, configure, implement and successfully launch payroll solutions which help our clients meet their business goals.

On a daily basis, you should use your analytic, presentation, communication and organisational skills and further develop your knowledge and experience within SAP HCM PA, OM and payroll.

Requirements of the role

2+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll, PA and OM
ABAP knowledge is an advantage
Interest in new technology trends and IT solutions.
Knowledge and / or interest in HR processes, HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM
Willingness to implement new IT solutions.
Analytical thinking
Fluent in Czech and English, German is an advantage
Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling
University degree
