We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 modules. The client is a multinational corporation undergoing a global HR transformation and requires expert guidance to ensure configuration aligns with business processes and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0
- Collaborate with internal HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements
- Conduct system testing, resolve defects, and support user acceptance testing
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal HRIS teams
- Ensure data migration and integrations meet compliance and accuracy standards
- Deliver documentation and post-go-live support
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Certified in Employee Central and Onboarding
- Proven experience with global rollouts and remote collaboration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Integration Center, EC Payroll, or Compensation module
- German or French language skills
